Tcode Shortcut in Email

Dear All

We are working on the approval process.

The approver are getting email notification for the approval. Using the shortcut - we attach the ME54N as attchment in the mail.

The mail is going fine with proper attachment - the shortcut of ME54n.

However, when the user double click on the object, it is asking for to download. Instead he wants to execute the shortcut from mail itself. ( not to download and then execute)

The SAPGUI are available in the user laptop.

It's probably a Windows question (I guess, not sure which email client you use). You can find help in Windows forums.

Hi Sandra,

It is google mail ..

When I right click and open in separate window, it executes.. But double click it downloads
