Why do you want to recreate lock objet EXKNA1 (IMHO wont be a good idea, as standard programs will use the standard lock object and your progral will use another one, expect some problems)

If you really want to create a lock object, create it in your namespace. Look at good old 16466 - Customer name range for SAP objects. For Lock Objects, start with EY or EZ.
