ALV export to excel problem

Hello, all.

In one of our environments when trying to export an ALV to excel we get the following message:
0K064

And then we can see only these options to download with XXL:

This is happening in all the ALV of all the programs for all the users !!!

In other enviroments we have not this message and we have the normal export options:

We've checked table SALV_BS_ADMIN with program SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN but cannot see any entry with an * in this client or something strange. Is there a problem if we delete all the entries of this table?

What can be the problem?

Cannot find any SAP note to solve this. I was reading this one but cannot find the solution:
1080608 - Definition of ABAP ALV export format for spreadsheet

Is talking about transaction SIMGH to change something at client level, but coudnt find the path. This transaction if for newer versions; We are in SAP_BASIS 701.

We have also tried with &RESET_EXCEL

it look like authorization issue, please check if they have access to Auth. Obj. S_GUI

Is not an authoirization problem, we cannot see any problem in su53.
And this is happening since few days for all the users of the system with all the ALV of all the programs

maybe you need to check your alv layout parameters + alv display base on the ALV method which you are using

sometime if you are using empty cols or wrong data types you may get some issues

Ok, solved, there was a problem with table SALV_BS_ADMIN .
An entry with an * We dint see.

read notes such as 1720373 - How to reset the ALV export format for spreadsheet or 1080608 - Definition of ABAP ALV export format for spreadsheet
browse table SALV_BS_ADMIN
Execute FM ALV_CHECK_PC_APP (with parameter '1' for spreadsheet)
