Hi Everyone ,

I added an input field to m screen , I have adjusted the input field to give an error if it is empty.

(you can see from the picture below)

it works very well ! But ..When the input field is empty, I still get the same error when I want to close the screen.

I have to fill in the input field to close the screen.

(you can see from the picture below)

how can i fix this ? I want to turn off the screen even when the input field is empty.

In SAP GUI, the close button of modal windows is linked implicitly to the function key F12.

Create a Function Code of type Exit (means it ignores any input, and mandatory fields are not checked), assign it to F12, and that's done.

Another solution is to have your input fields "recommended" instead of "mandatory".

Choose the solution which is best for you.
