BI Folder not created

I am working on a project in wchich i am uploading a csv file from a local desktop to the application server

and further is using batch input folder for posting.

now i am using rfbibl00 for creating the batch input folder which is stored in the apqi table and then i am using RSBDCSUB to execute this bdc session

however i am getting and error msg 306 i.e No session found with status "New" or "Error"

and i am running this in foreground which is expected.

can some please help where it must be going wrong
