unable rest api json keystore

Hello.

I would like to use rest api to call Keystore on my SAP BTP tenant to retrieve the expired certificate.

I use:

https://<my neo server>.eu1.hana.ondemand.com/api/v1/KeystoreEntries?$select=Alias,ValidNotAfter,Hexalias,ValidNotBefore,Validity

When I execute it from browser, it prompts for user and password, and, when I enter it, I obtain an xml result.

I would like to obtain a json format, but I am not able.

I tried some tool as postman or as a Nagios plugin check_json to call it but I obtain :

Check JSON status API CRITICAL - Connection failed: 400 Bad Request

It seems that I am not able to retrieve in json format.

What is the problem?
