    <description>&lt;P&gt;The customer designs their landscape and builds the clients to suit their needs. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Client 100 seems to be a bit of a historical master configuration client/build that a lot of customers adopts. It could be 200 or 400 if the Basis team sets the client that way. transaction SCC4 client settings controls this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My initial response(guess) would be clients('mandants')/tenants? But it could be also release numbering and anything. More detail is needed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mean why does development team configures/make changes in client 100 . Can the number be something else like 200 or 400 or even something else? who allots the client 100 in development server to development team?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
