SET queue name

I would need that when an idoc arrives from the outside and consequently I recall a custom FM,

in this FM I insert the idoc in the queue, so that if two idocs arrive at the same time, they are performed in sequence.

I found this FM TRFC_SET_QUEUE_NAME but when I launch it I don't see any queue in SMQ1.

can you help me?

I believe what you are looking for is IDoc serialization. This is a good post that introduces the concept and you can find more information by searching in Google and SAP Help.
