BADI Error in XD02 Tcode

BADI name : CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA~CHECK_ALL_DATA

Validation done in tax Field STCD3 , while show the error its show on different tab,

need to know logic about error should be display on control tab only where i have maintained the logic for TAX field Validation.

But my error is display on this tab withholding TAB last one, need to hold on control tab.

Please Help.
