User exit open by default

Hey everyone,

quick question: Is it possible to have a User Exit be open by default for specific users?

Sorry if this has been asked before, i couldn't find anything similar.

Hi mateuszadamus,

yes, instead of clicking settings->user exit->user-exit-name, i want that to automatically happen for a specific user.

how about enabling the exit for everyone and checking the user inside the userexit?

Former Member as usual, define a project and activate it: it will then start for all users but only for those in the set something will actually happen.

I'm not sure what you mean by that: exits are triggered under well-defined circumstances, you can either activate them or not but you can't change the conditions.

To give a concrete example: if EXIT_SAPMF02K_001 is triggered when saving a vendor, you can't reconfigure it to start when opening a vendor. That would be a different exit, assuming it exists.

c5e08e0478aa4727abc4482f5be390b2 i am using the Exit "EXIT_SAPLM61R_001

I need to activate the Project i made for it, then open up MD04, and manually "activate" it with Settings->User Exit

What i need is for it to run by default, and inside the Exit i need to check for the User

How do i get it to be active by default?
