    <description>&lt;P&gt;Instead of reading PA0022 directly, you can "read" the records using the Decoupled Infotype Framework (DCIF) into the DCIF structure which will include the text fields for "key" fields too. SAP provides quite a few easy to use methods to do this and you can also Google on using DCIF for "read". Then you can use the internal table of records you get back to bind to you ALV instead of the regular PA0022-based structure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am creating Employee master for ALV Report. Here I have field name SLART from infotype PA0022. But on GUI it display numeric value of Education field. That numaric field description shows that there is other text table for Education. Which table is T517T and field is STEXT. Both table PA0022 and T517T has common field SLART. And both are KEY field. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My question is how can I use it to display TEXT of Education. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
