SAP GUI problem

Hi all,

Can anyone assist me for this problem.

Sometimes the overview of all search helps in the search pop-up for material or

customer e.g. dissapears. Making it impossible to select a number of helps. After

relogin / windows restart the overview appears again.

This happens with several users. For one of them, the SAPGUI has been re-

installed, but the problem came back.

For example open MM02 and press F4 for material search.

We will see all search tabs and at the right top we see left movement, right movement, and display of all tabs buttons. my problem is after making one selection tab i am not able to see the third option i.e viewing of all search tabs.

hi,

check your version of sapgui with the patch sapgui at first.

you can have problem if the level patch SAP and sapgui are not the same.

and it's depend of the cpu of the computer and memory too

Hi ravi,

try to install latest SAP GUI PATCH , and what is your Patch level. Install latest one and see if you are facing any problem.

In your SAP Logon pad.

Go to Change Item > Advance

Unclick the Low-Speed Connection.

Close Logon pad and log in to the SAP Client
