Help with enabling eCATTS

Hello experts!

I'm trying to figure out the eCATT system in SAP and I've been following this tutorial: https://help.sap.com/viewer/c6663103e6ad47dcb8bb830d85137077/7.31.25/en-US/496d2715e0221ec6e10000000a42189b.html

But unfortunately when I get to the step about recording the transaction I am met with this error.

Scripting Is Not Allowed in Current eCATT System or on Current Server

OTR-Based Exception of Class: CX_ECATT_APL_CAPTURE

I've scowerred the internet searching for answers but I am unable to find a solution for my problem.

If anyone could help me that would be great!

Hi Michael

Some prerequisite configuration must be missing.

Check SAP Note 519858.
