How can Set Value to Project Def, WBS Element, Reference no with using BAPI_QUALNOT_CREATE

Creating Notification using BAPI_QUALNOT_CREATE Instead of using TCODE: qm01 , Notification Type: SD.

I created Successfully notification by Function Module BAPI_QUALNOT_CREATE in ABAP ZProgram

But I can not value the fields in the Reference object tab (Like fields: Project Def, WBS Element, Reference no).

I need help to do this...

i use this Function Module:

How can Set Value to Project Def, WBS Element, Reference no with using BAPI_QUALNOT_CREATE
