Smartforms: Two table, second table should do the page break

Hello experts,

I'm having a problem with a smartform which I am not sure how to solve it. The smartform has two tables, the first one contains the items of a delivery, and the second one has to display the texts for each item. The problem is, that the first table can contain 5 items but the second could contain more than 5... Sometimes the smartform lose data because the second table does not fit in the screen.

The smartform is not developed correctly, because in the main screen the first table is the only one which appear and the second is in a secondary window. Furthemore, the kind of table used is a bit strange (at least for me), I attached an screenshot.

What I think is to add the second table in the main screen, and force the page break, but I do not find the way to do this....

Could you please help me to solve this strange smartform?

Hi,

This can be achieved through Folder option in Smartforms...Try through bucketing the required text, templates or table inside a folder and provide conditions accordingly through enabling flags

Thanks for your comment, I've tried, but I do not know why, the page break is not executed.... the smartform does not print the second page 😞 any idea?

Hello again,

My smartform now is like this:

The problem now is, when the main window creates a new page, the foler "Remarks" do not do the page break...

Should I create a table instead a template?

Hi Abinath,

I have used folder option, but still not working, I do not know how to put the folder in the corresponding place of the main window...

My main window has an initial size of 3,50, so the first table is displayed and processed correctly when more than one page is needed. If I insert a folder inside the main screen, then I insert a template, how can I told the screen to splt the text?

The idea is to have somethin like this:

Imagine the Remarks are more than 5, then position 3 and 4 should go to another page with each corresponding remarks....

If everything fits,then all the information should be in the same page

Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

I need help 😞 I have tried a lot of solutions without a succed 😞
