Change value T604/Nihon

Hello,

I can't find it on the forums.

I would like to have in the NIHON field of table T604, the value "0"

If I use VI94 -> Value "1" -> Import
If I use VE94 -> Value "2" -> Export

Which menu should I use to have the value "0" please?
