hi everyone, I need a help in developing a code for retrieving data from excel file to internal table without header where I create a internal table in the report itself. kindly help me with this. searched for all similar examples but couldn't get clear on.

Impossible. You didn't search well, the question has been asked and answered so many times... You'll get as many answers as all the threads you have read, so you'd just try the first answer you have found, then the second, etc.

abap2xlsx (which works in both directions)

Solution based on ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE.

See consulting note 933420 - ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE:

The module is not released for customers
The module is only available in a SAP_APPL system (ECC, S/4)
The output structure is limited to 9999 rows and columns
The output structure is limited to 50 characters per cell.
