      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;I am sending files from SAP application server to another windows server with SAPFTPA connection in my progarm, but during high load processing, some files cannot sent successfully.&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;I have tired to open a trace file for SAPFTPA and captured the following error message&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;*** ERROR =&amp;gt; [22851] Connection failed : NIECONN_REFUSED [ftpnw.c 129]&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;Please help, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think it's specific to ABAP or SAP. I would search the Web for FTP and Network issues - It's a job for administrators/network architects. FTP is known to not support network interruptions (some other protocols/software can restart the sending from where it stopped).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
