I solved it on my own. I was connecting the fields from a database table which is not called in the query. There was a structure containing the same value.

Hi gurus,

I have a problem when adding a new field in a SAP Query SQ01

You placed fields from different parallel branches of the hierarchical data source in the same line. . This makes no sense. The list will not be displayed as you desire. . List is only displayed in simple format for correction purposes. . Please check the sequence. Button allows you to color list fields according to the hierarchy.

I need to add the field ANLZ-PERNR and the hierarchy shows that it is coming from ANLA0, in SE11 I see that ANLA0 is a structure.

When I click on Peronnell number I get the message. If I add the personnel number in another row (On picture above the gap between company code and inventory note) I do not see the error but the query is displayed without ALV output.

Please I do not need answers like 'Do not use a query, create your own report'. I know about that, the requirement is to modify the query.

Regards,

David
