      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not entirely accurate. You can create a lock object for a structure if you want. They can be used for other purposes than table locking. Search here for "how to ensure a program is only run once at a time".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The SAP documentation here is not complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lock object is used to avoid concurrent access of multiple users on the same database.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mainly we use locking Table, Transaction,etc..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
