DBIF_RTAB_SQL_ERROR while connecting from SAP GUI logon pad

Dear All,

As per the guide, I have successfully installed NetWeaver Developer Edition 752 SP04. But while connecting to the system from GUI logon pad, I am getting the error "A:SY:002 Error DBIF_RTAB_SQL_ERROR occurred. P1=ABAP-generat".

From online research, seems the error is due to table size. But I am unable to check the table sizes since the underlying DB is SYbase.

There is a solution mentioned in http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.sybase.infocenter.dc00729.1500/html/errMessageAdvRes/BACCBFEI.htm

but as a ABAP developer, I have no knowledge on these commands 😛

So re-installed the ABAP Tiral version and this time it worked without any issue 🙂
