identifing custom forms

I have a question and I hope someone can answer this for me. I was notified by our basis person that all of our custom forms have to be moved to a different dev client due to the fact that this client will be a testing client and no program modifications will be allowed on this client. I know of the forms that I have been working on, but is there a way to find out all the the custom (Z) forms that are stored on this client. once I know all of the forms, I can do the SE71 copy process to copy all of the forms to the new dev client.

Look up for table STXH in SE16 with:

TDOBJECT FORM

TDNAME Z*

u can also check the table TNAPR

for customized forms check the table TTXFP
