Why don't you run Excel, start the recording of macro and do the actions, that gives you the below code, that you simply translate to ABAP (see answer by Mateusz if you don't understand the relationship between VBA and ABAP OLE statements):

    Cells.Select
    Cells.EntireColumn.AutoFit
