Scanning transaction error

Hi,

We have a scanning transaction (RF transaction) that works perfectly on the SAP GUI, but on the scanner itself, when we execute the same flow, we get the following error:

"500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Template interpretation terminated, template not found (termination: RABAX_STATE)"

I went in debug to see what went wrong, and it's when we try to initialise the first screen that it fails. I tried to see if I could find any difference between that screen and an other that works on a scanning transaction, but didn't immediatly find it.

This is my first time working on a RF transaction so any help would be welcome.

PS: Here are screenshots of the short dump: Indeed, I do not find anything in se80 with a name INVENTORY_DOC in it.

How can I generate this template?

RABAX -> short dump in transaction ST22. Attach it please.

If you don't know what an ITS service is, then please look at all existing documentation and training materials in the web. Don't ask me which ones I recommend.

In SE80, choose internet service zlm01, you have to create one HTML template per dynpro in program SAPLZLOG_RF_INVENTORY_DOC.
