Update FMDERIVER Derivation Rules using ABAP program

I need to update the derivation rules defined in FMDERIVER transaction through an ABAP program. Are there any BAPIs or FMs available for this purpose ? If not, what would be the best way to achieve this requirement ?

That list doesn't really help me as I need to update the rule values and the FMs don't seem to do that. But if there is one that does please do point it out.
