The question to convert base64 into bmp is non-sense: base64 is simply a way to encode a sequence of bytes via latin characters and numeric digits (and = and /). Whatever the sequence of bytes correspond to a PDF, a JPG, a BMP or whatever format, the decoding into bytes will always give the same original file. Just search the forum, the answer is there.
