abapGit - class visible as locally modified despite no differences

Hello friends,

I have a small problem with abapGit.
In a nutshell:
- I cloned the abap-logger project
- I changed one of the objects locally
- I pulled the project again
- the class in the local repository and remote is the same but I still have information that I have modified it

What can I do to get rid of the locally modified info?

So far I've tried:
- reset local
- remove and add project again

This is what "Advanced > Reset local" is for. Maybe there's a bug. If you have the latest abapGit version, you may log an issue.

I guess its due to the byte order mark, see https://github.com/larshp/abapGit/issues/1044

The code is okay, just the diff shows

Thank you Lars for the answer, it directed me to the methods to serlialize / deserialize the abap classes ( ZCL_ABAPGIT_OBJECT_CLAS~SERIALIZE).
I probably know what happened, it wasn't a problem with the Byte order mark.
I was unlucky to choose the ABAP-logger project for the abapgit test.

In the ABAP-Logger project, additional spaces were found in the zcl_logger class between implementations of methods ( lines 634-635) . After the code has been pulled to the SAP system, these spaces are ignored. Therefore, SHA do not agree for this classes (local and repo).

I don't know if my answer is clear but it's probably not a very common situation.
