exists a function module that checks if the fields are not initial?

Why ?

check my_field is initial

check my_field is not initial.

check lines( my_table ) ne 0.

check line_exists( my_table[ column = my_value ] ).

Why do you need an FM for an that, apart from the methods mentioned above you can also use below code.

If Field is not Initial.
