can we send csv file to java rest api from wsdl services ?

Hello,

Is it possible to send the csv file to java rest api from abap wsdl services using soamanager tcode?

Actually in java side they created one api and we have to call that api in abap side and need to pass the csv file.

Please help me , its urgent.

You are mixing many different things together:

It should not matter if the REST API is made in Java.
WSDL is language to describe web services. It is not service.
SOAMANAGER is (AFAIK) for just web services using SOAP protocol.
It depends on the REST API itself, if it is designed to receive a CSV file. Is it?
If it is urgent, then I suggest hire somebody who understand all this.
