if you would like to put something inside (text, variable) it is a template

I suppose you just need to create a template in the smart forms and feed the data required.

Hello Pratibha,

If you want this layout as a table then you will have to create the table along with the 2 line types,

so first line type will have 2 columns and 2nd line type will have 3 columns.

once you create the line type and assign it to table then open the table and provide the outline to each cell as per the requirement.
