Short dump while adding oData service using /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE tcode

We are adding oData service related to one of the standard Fiori application e.g.

Accounts Payable Overview.

Application has oData services based on CDS views. As soon as we click on "Add Selected Services" button system is throwing short dump.

.......An error occurred when executing a REMOTE FUNCTION CALL.

.......CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR in /IWFND/CL_MED_REM_EXPLORATION

Steps to produce this error:

1. Go to t-code /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE

2. Click on "Add Service" button

3. Enter System Alias = Local and Technical Service Name =

C_APDAYSPYBLOUTSTDGDIRECT_CDS

4. Click on Get Services and then highlight the service

5. Click on "Add Selected Service"

This will throw short dump

Can any expert advise where exactly the issue is and what needs to be done additionally?

What happened?
Error in the ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program "/IWFND/CL_MED_REM_EXPLORATION=CP" had to be
terminated because it found a
statement that could not be executed.
The error occurred during an RFC call to another system.
A short dump has also been written in the target system. More detailed
information about the cause of the error can be found there.

What can I do?
Note which actions and entries caused the error to occur.

Consult your SAP administrator.

Using transaction ST22 for ABAP dump analysis, you can view, manage,
and retain termination messages for longer periods.

Error analysis
An error occurred when executing a REMOTE FUNCTION CALL. The error that
caused this has been logged on the called puage under MESSAGE_TYPE_X.

Information on where terminated
The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
"/IWFND/CL_MED_REM_EXPLORATION=CP", in "GET_BEP_OBJECT_MODELS". The
main program was "/IWFND/R_MGW_REGISTRATION".

In the source code, the termination point is in line 62 of include
"/IWFND/CL_MED_REM_EXPLORATION=CM004".
