Problem with Smartform printing

Hi,

In transaction qm02, when we try to print two forms (one being a smartform label, the other being a sapscript) the one that is printed last comes out with hashes (####) instead of the actual text. In the case of the label (smartform) all the text is converted to ###, in the sapscript only the title and some address. The label has a command to include printer control ZFWN because it's printed on a Zebra printer. I have no idea where to start or what may be the problem.

Any ideas would be appreciated..

Hi,

Seems you are printing Bar Codes. Check whether the barcode font is set in Smartstyles for the character format you have specified.

Also check the language. Is it the correct language or are the translations maintained.

There aren't any barcodes in any of the two forms.

Language is EN for everything. When any of the two forms are printed individually they work fine. It's only when they are printed together.

Tania,

try to print the same with the other printer check weather u r getting the same prob

some times printer drivers may not be suitable so times i faced the similar prb i tried to print the other printer n worked fine

Hi,

Activate Debugger that way u will be able to immediately eliminate the problem with data

secondly check with other printer whether the same happes ?

most often this will solve

if not check with the printer control
