Debug ISU event from CRM system

Hi experts,

I have a custom receiver FM in EVENT = CHANGED of BOR Object = ISUPARTNER. This is available in ECC/ISU system and I am able to debug the event FM if I update Partner fields through transaction BP from ISU, but I am unable to debug if I update through BP transaction in CRM. The custom FM code is being called, as I am updating a Z table in it, but I want to debug and check the Stack. How do I do it?

Hello,

Did you try with exerternal Break-point ?

If this is not functioning, trying modifying your custom code to add an infinite LOOP (see below) and check the process in SM50, use the debug process in the options.

data LV_CHECK type c.

DO.

IF LV_CHECK = X.

EXIT.

This was of great help Deenesh. Thanks, I am now able to debug, but the Stack has only entries from RFC call. Actually what I want to achieve is, I want to pass Old and New values of data being changed from the Event call to the custom FM using Stack. As per my understanding, I wanted to capture the Stack object from RFC system also, so that I can get values for both the systems.

As per my understanding, you want to be able to get the old value and new/updated value from CRM to ISU.

You are using the EVENT DSAVE to add your custom BAPI. Check the import parameters of standard functions in the customizing to see if you can access to old and new data. If this is not the case, you will need identify a new EVENT for your requirement
