Getting Error while uploading record from Multiple Spreadsheet of Excel using BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE

While developing a program for Mass upload for CLM lease contracts to as part of implementation. Created a program using an SAP BAPI, but are not able to load any lease contracts, as we are below getting errors. Please help me to know what can be the reason for getting this error & how can this be resolved.
