Hello All,

I have a requirement where created a Z-transaction to release the Service Entry Sheets. So used "BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_RELEASE" which is working fine.

Now the requirement is they want a pop up like in ML85 release entry sheet one(Change Doc. Date, Ref. Doc. No, Header text).

So how can I update those fields which was there in that pop up through BAPI?

Kindly suggest, its bit urgent.

Hi Bharath,

Use FM POPUP_GET_VALUES, it will display the popup to the user and get the value from the user.

POPUP_GET_VALUES

Pass the input values in FIELDS table:

When we execute the FM, we will get the popup as shown below.

once the text box is filled, the result value is stored in FIELDS table as shown below

So what did you mean with

Seems you didn't change those fields required by user, or did I misunderstand?

Hello Raymond,

While releasing service entry sheet from ML85, if the posting date is not within the posting period then we will get a pop up to change the Doc. Date, Posting etc, and once we hit enter those values will be reflecting at entry sheet level.

So in BAPI we have only flexible to change posting date, not rest of the fields.

Now my requirement is to change all the fields which were there in that pop up.

The BAPI is able to read the new posting date Use a (1240639 - Posting date in BAPI for release entry sheet unavailable)


SET PARAMETER ID 'SESPOSTINGDATE' FIELD custom_posting_date

But AFAIK no other field is available.

Hint: You could also try to export some other data to memory and use it in one of the provided BAdI (SRVREL?) in some implicit enhancement or even a call to BAPI_PO_CHANGE ?
