regarding smart forms

hi ,

i am new to smart forms.i know how to create now smart forms ie creating new windows and inserting logo and text.i mean i know the basic things in creating a smart forms.i need some help on how to create po or invoice in realtime scenerio.i have gone thorugh some std forms available in sap.but could not know the exact reason n purpose they r defining the variables.kindly if any one have screen shots or soem documents pls help me..thanx in advance..

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE TO SOME DETAILS ABOUT THE REALTIME INVOICE CREATION USING SMARTFORMS.EVENTHOUGH YOU WILL GET SOME DETAILS BUT CANT ABLE TO USE THEM WHILE YOU CREATE THE INVOICE IN THE SMARTFORMS.

I AM GIVING SOME URLS , G0 THROUGH THEM I HOPE YOU WILL GET SOME GOOD IDEA HOW TO WORK WITH SMARTFORMS.TRY A INVOICE OF YOUR OWN , WIRTE A DRIVER PGORAM FOR THAT, PASS THE DATA FROM THE DRIVER PROGRAM TO THE SMARTFORM.IF U FACE ANY KIND OF PROBLEM THAN POST THAT.

Hi,

nobody knows for sure why SAP uses as many variables and structures as they do - it is standard software designed for any kind of situation and complex conditions; i.e. invoice form may also handle return/credit memo/credit notice and so on.

Try to identify what you really need, don't use anything else. And then, step by step, you may have to add this and that. (And finally it may look even more complex then SAP's version).

First of all: Don't be afraid. SAP does not make anything as simple as possible that would not justify the price you pay
