SRM:ASSERTION_FAILED error for one user alone

Hi All,

There is one particular user who is opening a SC and accessing the 'Notes and Attachment tab' to view files..but user is getting dump error message...What could be the reason.Is the user mapping not done correctly?

ASSERTION_FAILED

Issue resolved by maintaining the Central Person number.
