hi,

Anybody know how the value for Idoc getting save in EDIDS table when any new IDOC created?

what are repid , routid, stampid,stamq,stamno for any IDOC. from where these value are saved?

EDIDS is the IDoc status record, it shows the steps performed in the IDoc processing and any applicable success/error messages. "Where used" in SE11 should be available for more info.

Why are you asking? I also suspect you might be asking a wrong question...

Below are the descriptions of the fields you asked.

REPID : Report from where the status originate

ROUTID : Subroutine of this above REPID from where the status originate

STAMID : Messag class whose message you are displaying as status in idoc

STAMQU : Status message qualifier

STAMNO : Status message number.

The above details can be seen in idoc status ->Sts Detail tab and Logging tab.

Function module IDOC_STATUS_WRITE_TO_DATABASE is the FM which writes the idoc status to EDIDS table.
