Package check in Eclipse

Hi ABAP in Eclipse fans,

is there a possibility to execute a "package check" on a package or dev. object in Eclipse? By now I found only the workaround using the ATC checks. But I want to execute in my case only the package checks and changing the check variant every time in the project properties is a little bit annoying.

I look forward to your answers.

Hi Armin,

thats the configuration you are looking for.

We also plan to have some ATC variants in the context menu of the RunAs.... menu to easily choose these variante witrhout the need to change the properties.

Thank you Thomas. This option I have already activated and is helpfully for my own implementations.

But I have to check a whole package because of moved objects and changed package interfaces; not only caused by me.

These ATC variants sound like the solution for my issue. Is it also planned, that I can configure those ATC variants to use e.g. own created check variants?
