Issue with smart forms

any smart form that is configured with sales org ID00(Indonesia) caused error in VF03 with output ZPIN it is showing following error ' Internal Error(Form = Token_required, id = (p,RC=E)

but if the same form is configered with other Sales org it showing correct output.

Pls provide the solution.

Hi Rao ,

i think u are maintaining output sequence at Sales Org level ? check the same thing in SPRO.

Keep a breakpoint jus before the error n see wat sort of validations if any the code is doing?!

it could be authorization prob....

Hi Chiranjeevi,

Here you cannot do anything technically .sales org ID00(Indonesia) may be not mainitained for output processing .

Please check this path in SPRO

Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Output Determination using Condition Technique->Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents-> Maintain Access Sequence-> it will display allowed Sales Org.Here you need to configure your sales org.
