Smartform output in Dev Vs QA

Hi,

I am facing below problem in label smartform:

I have created a simple smartform with single window and single text inside it. I need to print this smartform on Zebra printer so I have added a command to rotate the output at printer. When I migrated the smartform and smartstyle to QA system. I am getting different output in Dev and QA system.It is printing correctly in Dev system but the text is getting truncated in QA. Please find attached the scan of the output labels.

I think that the issue must be something related to Basis/Printer configurations but we did not find any difference in printer configurations between Dev and QA.

Hello Hrishikesh,

this problem would require a deeper analysis, but the scenario you have mentioned is similar to the problem described in SAP Note #1272273 - LZPl printer driver: Consecutive output of strings.

The main point of this Note is to activate the LZPL_COLLECT_ST parameter - of course there are some prerequisites for this, but after you have made all steps from this Note, create / print a new spool in QAS (as re-printing an old spool might still create incorrect result).

If this did not help: unfortunately the problem needs to be analysed both on the system as well as in the print data.
