ARCHIVFILE_CLIENT_TO_SERVER FM Error Execution

Hi,

I'm using ARCHIVFILE_CLIENT_TO_SERVER to upload file from my desktop to sap servers :

But i'm getting this error :

Error in opening file /TMP/FILE.TXT for writing (No such file or directory)

Hi,

Kindly check the target directory

Go to AL11 tcode and check the directory where u want to upload ur file and give the same directory as targetpath

Hi,

The Target path is supposed to be the same path as mentioned on AL11( where you want to store your file copy ) and please remeber it is case sensitive.

If you make sure to enter the correct path from AL11 then it will work.

Just to avoid any discrepancies just copy the required path from AL11 where you want to store the file and paste in Targetpath.

Hi,

Can you share the path on al11 screenshot.

Did you check the case also upper and lower as it is case sensitive.

Or finally possibility could be that the user is not authorized for AL11.

Click the checkbox uppercase/lowercase, otherwise your lowercase will automatically be translated to uppercase, hence the error message stating the directory path in uppercase
