Error Message 'Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to connection error (FINAL)' in SOST

Hi Experts,

I would like to understand why this error message is encountered when I perform the user activation using the user-self service.

Hi Pavan,

Did you check if user email ID maintained in SCOT. Not sure if that is the cause of error, just a thought.
