    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have a strange issue, in the VA03 the GOSS button was not visible I had referred notes 2030396, 961713, 2156247, 1873544, 1401005,1679158 and deleted the incorrect service &lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16.0016px;"&gt;J3RF_IMCD&amp;nbsp; as per note 2030396. Now the GOS&amp;nbsp; menu is visible but I am having more menu features than required.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had also run RSGOSCHECK report please find the attached screen shot for that. also note that the quality system the GOS menu is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please suggest how to remove the additional menu added up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Balu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you check the contents of the table SGOSATTR ? If it is not in there it will not show.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is in there then you can implement the method CHECK_STATUS to define when this entry should be visible, greyed out or active in your GOS menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
