SPELL_AMOUNT error

Hi All,

I have requirement to show amount in Arabic format for that i use spell amount and it is working fine. But while giving input 10500000 as input, the excepted output should be in full arabic format, instead of that the output is coming as عشرة TIJSJATSCHA خمسمائة.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Dear Arun,

Have you debug it, i remember there is one table TCURX using in FM for getting the currency.

Please check that your currency code is there or not?

Hi Nishant,

I have already providing the currency , while converting thousand only junk data is coming.

i have checked the table about this, in table also this value is there. So i think that's why this value is coming.Is there any other option to change this value in table ?

with SM30 transaction you can correct these values of the view V_T015Z so that the right ones are displayed.

Hi Pablo,

Without giving currency as KWD in spell_amount the value is converting correctly, but giving KWD as currency then these junk values are coming for large amount.

Ask basis to check correct language implementation, you could also search for one of the OSS notes with descripation like "Spell Amount: xxxxx [language,grammar] corrections" such notes often carry some attachment to correct table T015Z. If no note you could also Report an SAP Incident .
