Is there any transaction that i can manage the ABAP programs (Y/Z), tables, Function in SAP?

What do you mean with "manage"? What exactply you want to do?

I need to show my maneger how the programs (Z/Y) are in SAP.

You need a list of them? SE16, TADIR. TFDIR for function modules, DD02L for DDIC tables and structures.

Hi,

You can make an excel and mention all the T-CODEs there from the table TSTC.

against each tcode you can mention the corresponding program name (from TSTC) and Z/Y developed objects ( tables can be found from DD02L), as mentioned by Ralf.

Look for only the objects starting with Z* and Y*.

If you want to manage the lifecycle of custom code you sholud consider SAP Solution Manager

For an structured overview about the customer code you can use Tr. SE80 for Package. Select Z/Y packages.
