Hello all, in SO10 you can chance the target language, is there some way i can deactivate the field so the klient cannot change it.

Define authority check values on object S_SCRP_TXT on a role your customer is assigned.

Hello Rasmus,

Yeah there is a way to deactivate the field and this required no code change or anything.

This can be done with the help of transaction/ screen variants in SAP. This is basically used for deactivating/adding some fields to standard transactions.

You can deactivate the field and assign it to the users or group of users for whom the variant should apply.

T-code for transaction Variant : SHD0
