Problem with CDS views with parameter

Hi,

I' m trying to create a CDS view with parameters with the following statement:

As you can see, the SQL parser tells me 'Unexpected Word WITH'.

Could you perhaps tell me where I' m wrong?

Hi,

The code looks fine to me.

Not sure if it will help or not . You may want to try putting the command "with" in the next line of define view statement. May sound silly but this is the only difference I could see from online syntax.

define view zpmboards

with parameters p_language: abap_char(2)

Hi Thomas,

Looks like a problem i had with my IDE. Maybe your ABAP-Tools are outdated and need an Update?

For me an Installation of a Nightly Build of the SAPUI Tools including ABAP Tools worked to solve this problem. Here the link i used: (if you use Kepler just change luna to kepler in the path)
