Error while deleting work order

Dear All,

I want to delete the work orders permanently, so that purpose I followed the following steps.

Before run following steps, I made the order in CLSD (Business Completed) mode.

1. Run program RIARCORV via SE38 transaction and enter in the Order No. Set deletion flag and deletion indicator to all order through this program.

2. Then execute program RIARCORA via SE38 transaction, which will create a file.

3. Execute program RIARCORD, and select the session from above step 2, after executing which will delete the Order.

While executing the Step 2, I got error like 'Following an error, an operation was carried out on a handle'. Could you please let me know, how to resolve this error.

It might be due to Authorization.

Run SU53 after you get the error and check is there any authorizations failed.

Did you look for OSS notes (e.g. 1547488 - Archiving object PM_ORDER : Interruption not possible) relevant for your version /or/ only acceptable excuse if you have not , have you made any specific developments on the archiving object?
Else check your SARA Customizing : Maximum Size in MB (set to 100-300 MB) or Number of Data Objects (keep initial)
