Issue while creating order from quotation.

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a Sales order using VA01 transaction using a quotation number.

I give the order type and click on 'Create with reference' and in the popup I give the quotation number.

But it does not take me to the sales order creation screen instead again gives the popup with the quotation number cleared.

When I close this popup, the control remains in VA01 first screen itself.

Could you please let me know what could have been the issue?.

Hi Adbul,

This seems to me as some configuration is missing. Assuming you to be a technical resource get hold of a functional person who can maintain the config in SPRO transaction. Alternatively I found

Hi Abdul,

Quite unusual behavior, I suggest debug once the pop up and find on what condition and from which message class, no are triggered.

I hope this fault is due to some wrong enhancement's or configuration's result.
